Today is my day 1 of a 10-21 day fast depending on how I feel. I am looking for weight loss and some body detoxing. Since COVID I have been eating so bad and drinking lots of alcohol. I know this is going to be a hard journey for me because it is so easy to mindlessly eat since we are all working from home but I will just do my best not to be a loser. Lol. Wish me luck!

Thank you! I unfortunately am all alone during COVID so I need all the encouragement I can get.
We are all rooting for you! I am on day 10 and am glad I don’t have anyone around to “lovingly” discourage me from continuing my fast. I am very tired but have seen good results so far. I keep pictures and lists of my goal and plan how to keep myself on track after I end my fast. I have an elderly friend who did it, so I tell myself “if he can, I can.” So far I have been too tired to do the projects I planned to do, but that is ok. Give yourself plenty of love while you are doing this amazing endeavor.
