I have been struggling so much since past 2 months. Every day I start the fast and end it at 18 hours or 20 hours. I’m not able to get past 24 hours at all. I have some stress but this stress has been there earlier too. I just wish I cud do few extended fasts to lose that 10 kgs which I want to. I eat and feel I shud have had some control over it.

I finally did a day without carbs. Zero carbs. I plan to get back to fast now slowly. I’m trying visualise how I would look and feel if I can lose those 10 kgs.
I have trouble sleeping tonight. I took magnesium pill at 9pm. But doesn’t really seem to work. But I feel it’s okay. Things don’t come easy and some struggle is natural. I hope I will be tired tomorrow and will sleep better. But don’t want to fail this time
