So I started my keto IF journey on july 30th 2019. I started with lazy Keto an 2 meals a day . Very overwhelmed and had no idea what keto was. I followed the KETO guidelines and lost 24 pounds the first 2weeks. After that A dreaded plateu. I discovered IF (water fasting) I continued loosing untill about the 43 pound mark in about 2 months. I STALLED. Graduated to OMAD . I started loosing again but not as fast as I desired so I went for 3 days. Dry fast /water fast ’ WOW i lost 8 pounds. Water fasting longer works for me. So I started extending my fasts every week. OMAD the days I eat and I pushed myself to fast to 5 days. I felt sick day 5 . After that I discovered the need for himalayan salt and supplements. That helped alot, my longest fast achived has been 14 days so far and my goal is 21 days before the end of the year 2020! / 《《《 I started writing this a while ago. When i first started water fasting
(( update)) 》》 I got really good at fasting . I enjoy it and it helps me control my appetite and eating habbits. Fasting is an awesome tool. I lost a total of 120 pounds in 6 months combined with keto. My weight loss has slowed after having a few hair loss issues and eating issues. Having to twaek my routine for my best outcome. I am in quarantine now and struggling to maintain and loose. I have been stuck for 2 months fighting the same 5 pounds on and off. I am so excited to start yasmins 7 day water fast challenge. So happy she is back yall!! I am so excited to be supportive to you and feel like i am not alone. Lets get back on. Lesgo!!! To prep I always eat keto as my last meal. I just did 73 hours and are Keto. I am ready to do 7 days. I had been struggling to fast more than 2 days with all the covid stress.
