Hello! I came across the 14 day fast Yasemin documented last September on her youtube channel and decided to commit.

Would anyone like to join me? Today is September 9th. My last meal was last night.

I would love to join you as well but only for 7 days. The longest I’ve fasted is 3 days so 7 days seems enough for me
