Tips for 1st time 30? Day fast?

Hello everyone,

Currently on day 3 of my fast and so far it’s going good.
Only thing I’m worried about is doing something wrong which can lead to starving myself to death.

I have only been drinking tap water and nothing else.
If anyone wants to let me know some tips about my intake of salt and electrolytes and what I should go out and buy if needed,
Much appreciated.

Day 5 completed! So far the hardest because of nausea but then I brushed my tongue/teeth and had a teaspoon of ACV.
Feeling headaches and I’m fighting through it all , just have to think about my lifegoals and why I’m doing this.
Food or hunger hasn’t been a problem.

First 5 days are hardest!!! After that you’re golden!!!

Thanks for the encouragement, you’re video taught me not to take the fish oil so I stopped.

Day 7 is done !:partying_face:
This is one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life and have thought about quitting a lot!
I am doing one more week, time for me to watch some motivational videos and then sleep.

Update: I made it to day 10 and lost about 9kg but gained most of it back in a week because of bad eating habits.
The good news is my back problems seem to have disappeared and I’m sleeping better now.
Not sure if I’m gonna try again , I think I’ll do a different diet.

I also had back problems before I started fasting. Disappeared now.
