Not all big girls want the skinny body but I sure do want a healthy one and my vitality back along with it!!

Monday is D-day for my first 72hr water only fast… trying to clean out bad cell build up and regenerate new cells for health benefits and i have been doing a lot of researching to find out the do’s/donts and difficulties of water fasting… I hope I have the determination to last it out :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Day 1
Fasting was started yesterday as planned and here’s how things have gone for me so far after my last mouthfull of tea with milk & sugar at 11:30pm on Sunday night.

Monday 31st:
Body Fat - 44.8%
Weight - 82.3
Actions - purposly stay in bed all day
Symptoms - headaches, niggley stomach pains (not hunger pains though), slight bloated feeling by evening time, lethargic, brain fog.
Liquid intake - around 1 litre of water, 1x black coffee around lunch time, 2x black tea on the evening.

Day 2

Tuesday 1st:
Body Fat - 44.3%
Weight - 81.3
Actions - General house maintenance
Symptoms - headaches, niggley stomach pains (not hunger pains though), constantly thinking about food.
Liquid intake - around 1 litre of water, 1x black coffee in the morning (added pinch of himalayian salt), 2x black tea on the evening (added pinch of himalayian salt to both teas).

Day 3

Wednesday 2nd:
Body Fat - 43.5%
Weight - 80.1kg
Actions - General house maintenance again
Symptoms - Constant thoughts on food, irritability and easily angered.
Liquid intake - around 1 litre of water, 1x black coffee in the morning (added pinch of himalayian salt)

Broke my fast at the 60hr mark unfortunately with some bone broth first and then some probiotic yogurt and then for dinner made a Keto bread pizza sandwhich.

Planning to do jump back on the wagon tomorrow with another 24hr fast as I was disappointed I did not complete the challenge.
