My readings are not as bad as I thought they would be. Going out with the family tonight to the Casino and maybe a show. Definetely focusing on low carb options for dinner as I lead into my upcoming Fast next Tuesday (11.11.2019 @ 6pm) Going to focus on eating cleaner going into this next cleansing.

What Went Well? What Didn’t Go Well?
I really need to create better habits. I did great on my Fast, but not so great afterwards and leading up to this Fast. I’m not going to make any excuses. I found myself trying to justifying what I was eating by saying to myself, “You didn’t eat for a whole week, it’ll be okay”. Obviously not! I erased all but a few pounds that I lost. I must do better.
