Tiffany's 30 day Journal (8/19-9/19)

Hello all!

My name is Tiffany. I’m 29 years old with 1 child. I have been overweight/obese for my entire adult life. After giving birth to my wonderful baby boy 2 years ago, I started over eating to cope with the huge life shift. I have researched Water fasting for weeks and I believe I am finally ready to begin. I am striving for a 30 day water fast.
My short term goal is to help start to break unhealthy eating patterns and to jumpstart weight loss. I currently 260 lbs so my long term goal is to lose at least 100 pounds. I hope after the fast is over to start with OMAD. I feel so excited! I know I will feel accomplished when I achieve my goal because I have not stuck to a goal since 2014. I am determined, and I am capable with God’s help of achieving good health. Day 1, Wednesday!

Oh you can do it . I have only just started but already at almost day 3 it is getting easier and reading about everyone’s story has really helped . Sending all good wishes for an easy fast and weight loss your way

I encourage you! I just started a fast as well and it’s tough but doable. I have to keep reminding myself as to why I am doing this. Every time I think about food, I immediately remind myself that food will be there when my fast is over. This forum helps a lot too. Keep going Tiffany!

I am officially in day 2 at 9:00 pm. So 24 hours… So far it’s going ok, a couple of hunger pains earlier but nothing significant. I am trying to take it one day at time. How is your fast going? What day are you up to?

Thats awesome. My first day is tommorow and I am a bit anxious. I don’t want to give up.

Had to start over because I wanted to prepare my body properly, but I am currently halfway through Day 2. Feeling good and energized. Not gonna touch the scale until 1 week in😊
