My goal is to get to 160. I started my weight loss journey February 1st 2019. I’ve lost 56 pounds since June doing intermittent fasting 16:8 and working my way up to OMAD/Keto. In June, I did my first 7 day fast and Made it to 183. Since then, I’ve been maintaining in the 180s but now it’s time to get to the weight goal of 160.
My long term goal is to continue intermittent fasting /keto my short term goal is try and do as much extended fast as possible to get to my weight goal.
I would like to do a 5 day water challenge up until my bday trip and then get back to extended fast after my bday. The goal is the stick to low carbs on my trip. In addition to my trip, I’m also preparing for my 6th half marathon coming up in 3 weeks and my friends wedding. I need to be able to fit into my bridesmaid dress comfortably.
