The struggle is real Day 11

Hello wonderful people,
Im on day 11!
Starting day Oct 23
Weight 156lbs
Height 65inch

Today Nov 2
Weight 138
Yayyyyy!

That being said I feel so so weak!
Im currently deployed downrange and have a very physically job. Also have been working out which might not be the smartest thing. Lol I have been taking it easier at the gym though… but the struggle is so real! Im losing motivation guys. Im trying to make it another 10 days but I’m wavering. I hadn’t felt hunger pains at all this whole time and now I feeling them pretty bad. I going to try to meditate and zone myself back in! I hope everyone is crushing their own fasting journey. We can and will succeed…

Recommend you cut out all physical activity except for what’s required. You need protein for muscle growth and repair which you’re not getting right now. Someone else on the forum I chatted with also has a physically demanding job. She was displaying some alarming physical symptoms and decided to go back to ADF (Alternate Day Fasting). Hope this helps!
