Hi there,
I am starting my fast today (February 1st 2020). I do not have a specific end date/time, will be taking it day by day.
My goals for the fast are 1) to control food cravings 2) to promote autophagy, 3) to focus on my spiritually as well as mental/emotional health, 4) to lose weight so I can hike with my kids this summer.
I plan on doing daily meditation and journaling as well as yoga 4 times per week and some light walking.

Feeling kinda tired today but still hanging in there. Hopefully my energy will be back up tomorrow.

Hang in there. You should start feeling the benefits as you complete the transition from sugar to fat burning!

I finished up my fast last night. Think I will do ADF for the rest of February and try another 7 day Mach 1st.
