Hi everyone hope u all doing great! Nearly end of day 1 and I have started vomiting I don’t knw if it’s the salt water coz I’ve not eaten all day other than tat I’m good still not going to eat going to carry on with fasting I’m not going to let this stop me hopefully it’s nothing but toxins cumin out 
this is my 1st real fast I’ve only ever done IF let’s see wat tmrw brings take care group check in tmrw
