Haven’t posted in awhile but i really need some structure with my fasting routine.
i got inspired by the way @Voyelazaara breaks down her goals into mini ones.
so i decided to implement rolling/back-to-back 3 day fast.
- Goal: Be consistent with 72 hour fast for 30 days.

Wed Jan 27,2021 - Fast
Thur Jan 28, 2021 - Fast
Fri Jan 29, 2021 - Refeed
Sat Jan 30, 2021 - Fast
Sun Jan 31, 2021- Fast
will update every refeed.
