Haven’t posted in awhile :laughing: but i really need some structure with my fasting routine.
i got inspired by the way @Voyelazaara breaks down her goals into mini ones.
so i decided to implement rolling/back-to-back 3 day fast.

  • Goal: Be consistent with 72 hour fast for 30 days.

Plan
Wed Jan 27,2021 - Fast
Thur Jan 28, 2021 - Fast
Fri Jan 29, 2021 - Refeed
Sat Jan 30, 2021 - Fast
Sun Jan 31, 2021- Fast

will update every refeed.

Round 1 of 10 Update

Felt pretty good throughout, had craving to eat on day 2 around 4pm but had to remind myself i will be eating tomorrow. Drank water, chickweed tea and rooibos tea whenever i felt like eating.
Kept myself pretty busy with school work, so those 3 days went by pretty fast.

Round 2 of 10 Update
weekends are hard :sweat_smile: and i made it worse by not preparing.
i did OMAD on saturday and 16/8 on sunday .
it is a brand new month( Feb 1st, 2021) and i’m ready to continue forward with my plan.

Been struggling with fasting for more that 3+ days, so i’m going to dial it back to 40hr+ fast (ADF). im striving for the longer fast because i want to relase this weight fast :laughing: but i need to focus less on speed and more on it being something i can sustain.
