Starting to get back on track journal, starting over

Day 7 of starting over. I have been doing a minimum of 17 hours since the day after Thanksgiving. I am trying to incorporate a fruit or veggie everyday. Can’t wait to start with Yasmine again! !

Day 8. I have weighed the same for 3 days in a row now. I guess it’s better than going up but I am down 3.2 lbs from Thanksgiving. I did 25 hours today! We ordered from a new restaurant and it was not worth the break of a fast!:sweat: It was so mediocre, I wish I kept fasting. I need to work on my water though. I just barely get 2 glasses in not counting my unsweetened iced tea.

Wow. Three days in a row. I get pretty discouraged if that scale doesn’t move.

Day 10. I made it 24 hours yesterday and was down and am down again today! Yay, the scale is finally moving in the right direction. I am down 3.8 now! My husband made a plan with me. He was my buddy before and we lost 90 lbs each, together. He has a harder time doing longer fasts though because of his narcolepsy. So I am going to fast till tomorrow morning, then omad a late breakfast. Then he is going to go 42 hours with me! I hope he makes it!
