Hey everyone I’m Monique. I’m doing this fast to kick start my weight loss journey.I want that Beyoncé body lol but on the real I just don’t feel good about the person I see in the mirror. Don’t get me wrong I love myself. It’s just I haven’t been taking good care of myself. I want that mind clarity that takes place while fasting. I’ve finally found my motivation and I’m ready to Commit!! Please help support me on this journey. I’m already 16hrs into my fast. I took so cold and flu last night so I had to restart my fasting time from there. I will post again once I’ve had it through the first stage of fast. Thank you
