I have to admit, it’s much harder this time around. My brain was starting to get used to eating 
But the struggle is mental nor physical. We can do this

It is harder we will make it, also we can do Omad sometimes and maybe shorter water fasts if you like. I think we need to keep our body guessing. You can come up with some suggestions if you like or we can continue.
Day 4. Let’s go!
Day 4 ongoing 
The reason I’m much interested with these long fasts we are doing is minimizing loose skin and of course healing benefits. I know it’s not possible to avoid loose skin 100%, but long fasts do help due to autophagy.
I think we can push for a while, when we get closer to our goals, we switch to shorter fasts and Omad.
