I was thinking we could do one week Omad just to give our bodies a break from the routine.
After this coming refeed, we do Omad for a whole week. Lots of proteins, pro-biotics, veggies and fruits. Then on next Sunday, we go back back to our routine.
We could be doing this after every 2 months, just so our bodies don’t get too used to the routine and also to replenish nutrients while still benefiting from fasting.
It sounds like a good plan. How about every 6 weeks? Would that be okay? If not then every 2 months. I just had the idea that a break every 6 weeks might be another option.
