Today , was a great day just did my OMAD and water fasted for hours… still am … until tomorrow In GODs willing ! Today was a busy day with my two sons at home jsut spending time with them. And Bible studying with my oldest while fasting… it’s GREAT when your family supports you spiritually Amen!

Yes. I have my pastor and congregation behind me. Pastor wants me to lead a Health Ministry. Told him to wait until I certify reversing my Type 2 Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease and Hypertension.

It’s great you have the support. I have been reading 3 fasting plans on the Bible app and they have been so encouraging.

What’s the name of the app? Curious to see what the details are in the various fasting plans. I know of the 21-day Daniel Fast because I saw actor Chris Pratt talk about with Stephen Colbert on his late night talk show.
