Day 2: I started a day early(November 30th)
This is the easiest that day two has ever felt!
I plan on doing a liquid fast till December 20th.
When I say liquid I mean Coffee with heavy cream or butter, Unsweetened herbal tea,lemon water,etc. Keeping calories extremely low. So no juices,coconut water etc! If I start to feel spacy or weak I will have some bone broth. I’m excited to see myself change!
