Been a while since I’ve been on. Gained weight back because I stopped caring about being healthy. So I didn’t make my goal of course.

So here we are. 4 days fasting 3 days on omad. Over and over and over. Until I get my weight gone.

Omad day 2 & 3 were tmads instead. Ended at 223.4

Took a small break during my off days. Also changing my schedule to eating days Fridays and Tuesdays. Fridays are omad. Tuesdays are however I see fit. Keeping a ketogenic diet on eating days however.
