Still trying to learn how to navigate the forum. So this must be where I can journal?
I’ve made it to Day 4/30 of OMAD, then Day 5 I didn’t do OMAD at all bc the symptoms were killing me and I was on the go a lot and getting woozy. Then the following day I got right back on to OMAD and I’m feeling good again. Focusing on adding more veggies to my meal and cutting back just a bit on the carbs and I can feel the difference.

so I made excuses and and adjusted my fasting window. Thar was a mistake, because it led to me just eating the rest of the day. OMAD end of day meals work best for me. I have energy all day when I’m fasting and once I eat, my body digests while I wind down and get ready for bed. It just works better. So I’m starting over today and ready to get back in the groove. I also caught something and once I get sick, I also abandon all plans to eat healthy
smh I have got to push through and stop letting these obstacles deter me!!!


I was 218 3 weeks ago. I’ve been eating plants and clean meat and a small amount of dairy for 6 days now and I am inflammation free, full of energy and even sleeping better.
