My accountability has been absent. I fell off my fast and had to regroup. I am not even hungry or interested in food at all. Its habit that compels me and it’s also midterm season. Not making excuses…okay so I am making excuses. Really sad that I keep quitting. I dont even care to eat. Its not craving. its some kind of voice in my head and I am going to fight back and win this time!!

Good job!!! It’s going to take practice so don’t be hard on yourself! One day at a time and your fasting muscle will get stronger and stronger and you will be able to say NO to those temptations more often!!! At least you’re aware of it, and you know you need to fight back! Huge step!
