Total fail on past attempts. But like one of my favorite saints said

So here it goes new plan starting at noon tomorrow 10/18/20

  1. PRE FDE PLANS

Quit smoking and go on a detox diet until 1/1/20. Start on October 18th, 2020. Whenever I take a shower make it a cold shower.

As for the water fasting portion of the Pre FDE Plan, this part is the most important. Here are the conditions:

  1. I must complete 40 consecutive days in a row of straight water fasting which is the mandatory number of days to do the water fast. This mandatory number of days cannot be changed or revised unless three conditions apply. The three conditions are: One I am in immanent danger of death, AND two, I have already seen some of the positive transformation and healing take place from doing the water fast. Lastly the third condition is that AT LEAST 21 consecutive days have already passed by successfully doing the water fast.
  2. 40 days is October 18th, 2020 until November 26th, 2020. After November 7th I will have passed the 21-day mark.

Once the first water fast is completed then I will maintain a juice diet until 12/15/20. After the Juice diet I will begin incorporating the FDE diet minus the water fasting days starting on 12/16/20.
I will than start the full FDE diet on 1/1/21.

DURING THE FEEDING PORTION:
Stretch 5 days per week at least 5 to 10 minutes to start to reach the goal of 20 to 45 minutes of stretching 5 days per week.

Use the jawzersizer

Walk to jog- 2 > 6 miles per day

*Make your own juices
*Do your own grocery shopping
*Have as much herbal tea as you see fit when on the FDE weighted toward juice diet
*Take cold showers

I’m unfamiliar with FDE - could you explain?

The FDE Lifetime PROGRAM uses an 8 to 10 hour eating window per day.
Meals consist of a whole foods (foods that are not heavily processed. That means either whole, unrefined, or minimally refined ingredients) plant based diet, and as much as possible organic (when afforbable and available but most always the dirty dozen), fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts legumes, and whole grains.
Water fasts four times per year January, April, July, and October for 5-7 days (length may vary individually as to number of days but on average one fast seasonally). One to two days per week fast on water only if/as needed otherwise during the year.
Some form of cardio exercise 3 to 6 times a week and some form a stretching exercise 6 times a week.
