Finally worked out how to post
Hi I am Shana and i joined the challenge in Hope’s of completing the fast to reset my craving, and gain mental clarity. I have fasted in the past but never made it past day3 due to headaches, which happened again.
After reading I see that salt may help this. I have just begun my fast and hope to complete 7 days with salt and a magnesium supplement.
Goodbye to emotional eating and low self-confidence.
