Hello! I’m here to fast again as it has been successful for me in the past but following my latest vacation I put on a few pounds and want to shred them and also reset my body completely.
I’ve been having bad cramping (I’m lactose intolerant and can assume some of the meals I may have eaten on vacay weren’t very allergen friendly). So, I’m hoping to do a 7 day fast to clear that all out, reset my body, and shed off those extra lbs
Will keep track of how I’m feeling for these next 7 days as well as my weight! Hoping to get down to 130 lb again, right where I like to be.
