Today is 1st day of September here in Australia and i started a fast at mid night and its 3:35pm I have been fasting for about 16 hours. I am allowing myself herbal teas, green tea. I am going to try 40 day fast i have given up a few times only lasting a few hours. I just want to get to 24 hours.
