Yesterday was day 1 for me- I didn’t feel hungry at all yesterday- which is good right?
This morning, day 2- I woke up with a headache- I assume that it is because I didn’t have any coffee yesterday- This morning I made myself some home unsweetened green tea- maybe the caffeine in this will help a bit-
I am planning for a 7 day fast, but if I can go longer, I really would love it-
One day at a time right?

So I’m on day 3 and I think I may have broken my fast unintentionally- I made my son a pb and j sandwich, cut it and licked my fingers- out of habit
there was peanut butter on my fingers and it was reflex
I’m gonna have to start day 1 again tomorrow… so disappointed
Nah! Just continue on. I’m sure most of us have done the same! I wouldn’t worry about it! No one is perfect nor should they be. Keep up the good work!

I failed today made digiorno pizza for my son for dinner and I had a slice- I immediately felt guilty- back at it again tomorrow
There is no “failing” it’s all part of the process. All you did was have a frikin’ slice of pizza. What counts is that you kept going. That takes a lot of strength!! You rock!
