Day 1 and a wee bit nervous, but focused and determined.

Day 2 - woke up feeling great all energized and accomplished. However, this evening well not so much! Head game with myself has started. Just a small little something to hold you over until tomorrow a tiny salad. I resisted and made a cup of green tea instead. Need a good distraction so debating downloading a book or watching a movie. I would walk, but it is snowing outside. Mother nature is conspiring against me I believe. Writing here also is helping. I hope tomorrow evening is easier. It is the evenings that are tough for me. Cooking for the fam and more downtime.

One of the reasons I’m research and writing a book! Actually, it will calm down once you get past Day 5 and get into deep ketosis. Keytones have been shown to suppress the production of Ghrelin, the Hunger hormone, so the hunger pangs will fade away. However, be aware that if you had regular meal times they WILL spike during those same times even though you are not eating as your body’s been habituated. Take comfort in the fact that those spikes get lower and lower as time goes on.

Now if I could shut off my wicked mind. I did not realize how much I ate just out of boredom. I am not hungry physically but mentally I am starving if that make sense. Think I will go run an errand to get out of the house and go to bed uber early tonight lol. Bravo on researching and getting a book going!

Thank you. I want to give people who suffered from the same metabolic diseases that I did hope by providing a “roadmap”. You’ll find things to fill your extra time.

Day 3 Morning - has been rough tiny headache. My oldest stayed home today and decided to cook and it smells heavenly. I think I will get some ice to chew on today. I need to CHEW! Hoping the day gets better let me try to focus on work some make a few calls. I will put a few water fasting videos success stories on in the background might be motivating! Down 4 pounds though. I know it’s mainly water, but still feels good lol.

Good job staying on track. Just got to get through the tough beginning few days.

Whelp that did not work out lol. On the fourth day crashed and burned, but super happy I made it that far! So fresh new day to start again and am going to try and make it the through day 4 this time! Think I will just sleep day 4 away lol.
