Introduction:

I am Sanath, from India. I am Passionate Cyclist & Power-lifter. Also I am very conscious in my Health and Fitness. I follow LCHF / Paleo Lifestyle and I take OMAD on weekdays and in Weekend 2 meals. So, I have some experience in Water Fasting. My longest Water Fasting experience is 5 Days(120 Hours)

Why:

More than the π‡πžπšπ₯𝐭𝐑 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐒𝐭𝐬, I just want to check my own 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚π₯ π’π­π«πžπ§π π­π‘ & π’πžπ₯𝐟-πƒπ’π¬πœπ’π©π₯𝐒𝐧𝐞.

Long Term and Short Term Goals:

Long term goals : Build Lean Muscle
Short term goals : Current Weight is 92.50 Kgs, Target is 85 - 87 Kgs

What are some struggles you face or you have faced in the past

During the weekend I am getting deviated from my diet. That causes the major issues in achieving my target.

** What is your game plan?**

Current, game plan is to finish 21+ Days Water Fasting successfully

How do I feel right now?

I feel pretty excited right now at this particular moment! I’m excited for the October 27th group challenge!

How will I feel once I achieve my goal?

Fantastic.

Don’t expect to build lean muscle mass during the fast. It requires protein to do that. Look to achieve that goal during your Refeed after the fast. That’s according to Dr. Valter Longo of the Aging Institute at the University of Southern California, who is considered the leading expert in Prolonged Fasting.

Day 1 - October 27th, 2019

Daily Positive Affirmation: I am really a great person

How I feel today: It was very normal day for me. I had 2 - 3 Black Coffees. Now I am getting ready to go to bed

Day 2 - October 28th, 2019

Daily Positive Affirmation: I am really a great person

How I feel today: This morning no mood to take Black Coffee. So had only chilled water with salt. I don’t know reason for that. Today I walked around 8 Kms (10347 Steps). In the evening, as usual, I had 2-3 iced black coffees. I am thinking of doing some weight training tomorrow
