I’ve noticed I’ve been getting very hungry so I’ve done OMAD these 3 Days!

What do you do when you feel HUNGER??
Sadly but TRUE!
I drink plain water, mineral water with Himalayan salt, and maybe some potassium from cream of tartar. I also drink tea without any sweeteners, and or ACV. The hunger pains come in waves, you just have to ride them out. Also try and stay busy that usually works to distract you, and take your mind off of being hungry. It really is a mental thing. I hope that helps.
HI dear…last 3 days i cant fast…because i was craving for lot of foods…then i eat all of this…now i m fasting for 18 yrs and my plan for 4 days…today i drink acv with water may be thats helps me for no craving…we can do…lets try…

FYI: Studies have shown that the hunger hormone Ghrelin peaks during our normal meal times. Over time the peaks do get lower. Hang in there.

Hopefully this is behind you, or you’ve found your method(s), but what works for me is ACV, water, and crunch on a few pieces of salt. If it’s super strong I distract myself with a bath and some YouTube motivation …or I get out of the house and away from temptation You got this, sister!! P.S. Doing this as a stay at home mom?? I salute you!! I think I’ve ONLY been able to succeed this far because I’m out of the house all day. You’re a frickin will power powerhouse
