Rubberband Stretch Fast - Esther

In India, our lockdown has been extended to the end of this month. There are limited opportunities to distract me. So food has become the one pleasure I turn to. To help me get back to basics, here’s my plan
Day 1, 2, 3 - 3 pm Coffee +1 tablespoon cream
Breakfast 5 pm - Green smoothie with Flax seeds
Dinner - 7 pm 3 boiled eggs + 2 tablespoons olive oil and herbs and veggies
Back to basics it is.

13 April was as per plan. My weighing scale has no battery and we are in lockdown. I have to wing it these next 18 days…

Stage 2 for days 4,5,6
Morning: coffee with cream
Afternoon :coffee with cream
Sort of a fat fast.
Trying on a pair of my daughter’s chinos every day to check weight loss.
Still very very tight.
But a good reminder
