Daily activity: Weight lift 4-5 days a week, walking is prime for me since I live in NYC. I get in at least 7-10 miles a week here. During the warmer months I can put in 4-5 miles a day without noticing!
Current Medication - None
REASONS FOR FASTING:
- Reduce inflammation (muscular, joint, post surgery for an injury)
- Reduce body fat percentage: must admit I got a bit fluffier this season
- Love the discipline & challenge
