Round 2 of day 1 water fasting

After 4 days fast I did small refeed. And started fast again.
Just finished day 1 of my second round. This time I’m aiming 72 hours.
Lesson: I’m experiencing same kind of leg cramps which I usually face on day 1.
Still I know this is all expected. I will check in tomorrow again.

I experience leg cramps as well when im laying in bed at the end of the day. Realized if I drink a big glass of water before bed it helps a lot!

I took some potassium and magnesium and drink lot of water. It did subside but took quiet a long time to go. Anyway. I’m fine now. Continuing my fast.
