Well here I am starting over again, I was supposed to start on monday but gave up at just 23 hours in because I craved a boring sandwich. This time I promise to myself I wont give up no matter what. I have planned a few activities to distract myself from food as I am all day at home watching everyone to eat, it is frustrating feeling like a criminal when I go out for a walk or running so I’ll stay in my room at meals time. I know I can do it, last week I did 72 hours with my friend and wasn’t too hard the first 2 days but the 3rd one, only I could think of was junk food, at least I finished the challenge but I would’ve love extend it a bit longer. This time I want to do at least 72 hours but I would feel awesome doing 7 days, that is my real goal.
