So far I have gained .6 lbs.
I am doing Keto and IF. My eating window is 10 am - 2 am.
So far on the menu from since I had broken my fast: homemade broth/soup with smoked Turkey, broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, celery, and red onion and homemade guacamole. Today I ate a the broth and a small salad with spring mixed salad, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, jalapenos, sunflower seeds, and olive oil as my dressing.
I feel my appetite increasing but I will not erase the hard work of my 21 days fast by bingeing or eating the wrong food.
