It going well I am dropping weight so fast I went from 267 to 262
Know the first 2 to 3 days you will experience rapid weight loss. It’s water weight dumped as your body burns through all the stored glycogen (carbohydrates) stored in your liver and muscles. When it slows down don’t get discouraged because its a sign you’ve transitioned into fat burning.
