Hi everyone! I’ve gained so much weight recently so I’ve seen youtube videos on water fasting and decided to give it a try. I started my fasting on oct 21st. I’ve fasted for max 2 days before. This time I wanted to push my self to a longer period so I’ve kept a goal for 7 days first. Today is my 5th day of fasting. I lost 3 kilos of weight from 66.5 to 63.0 kg. My goal weight is 58 kg. Not sure if I can achieve it. I don’t feel week a lot but I’ve have a lot pf cravings for food.
