Priya’s journey to a happier life

I have been off the wagon for really a very long time and gained a lot weight. Wish to get back on track to become fit, healthy and happy!

Height :148cm
Current Weight: 68 kg
Lowest Weight: 50 kg

Short term goal:
Will try to complete a 3 day water fast

Long term goal:
I will have to reach to my lowest weight (50kg) before New Year!

Feeling very determined and positive. I can do this. Its not that hard to go back to the weight i was before. It just takes a little effort and patience for this.

It feels so great to have completed 24 hours of fasting after really a very long time. Determined and strong to reach my goal soon ! :muscle:t2:

Congrats on getting thru the first day! For most this part is the toughest… stay strong for a couple of days and then see how you feel before deciding to quit… a lot of fasting benefits kick in at day 3 and after day 3 it becomes a bit easier for some people… see how you feel and then decide if you can extend by a day or so… thats how I would think about it… anyway…Awesome job till now!
