I LOVE Tracking my food on eating/OMAD days, but I’m tired of seeing all the weekly food journals and weekly food logs and weekly food diaries geared towards the mainstream 3 meals a day eating pattern with “breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks”
So I just decided to make my own where there’s just 1 big box for Food whether you are 16:8, 20:4, 23:1, OMAD, ADF or anything else!
