I have been doing OMAD since last Monday (day 24) and my plan is to keep doing it for the next 2 weeks. After that, I will be finally mentally and physically prepared to start a 7day water fasting!
As I said in my last post, I put some weight in the past weeks (binge eating episodes and so on…) so ofc I just wanted to start a prolonged fast right away. However, I knew it would end up in a binge if I was not in the right place mentally first. So I decided to do OMAD 3 weeks instead and then start with 7days water fasting
