Pleae help!

Guys please help me. Im on ny 3rd day of fasting and im having massive urges to eat wtf! Its been a very stressful week. What do I do ?

Stay focused on your “Why”.

The 1st 3 days are the hardest as you transition from glucose to adipose burning. It gets easier the deeper you get into Ketosis because keystones supress production of the “hunger” hormone, ghrelin.

You can do it!! Keep encouraging yourself with the benefits and focus on the positives. It will get easier and if u can get through day three you’ll be able to get through the rest

Thank you guys! I didnt give in in so happy. Thank you so much! Im feeling heaps better already and would of been kicking myself if i gave in to evil. Fuck why did big food companies have to highjack our brain with all this sugar and salt sh#^ pathetic! Thank you again guys ! :slight_smile:

Yes I hate the transition and because I have not fasted for over 12 months it feels harder and its goving me one hell of a ride lol

End of day 3 and things jus feel crazy! Everythibg is affecting me. Im begining to have seems like panic attacks? And feeling worried about absolutely everything! Its crazy and also my urge to eat when feeling like that is incredible. I am resisting the urges and feels like it is satan trying to trick me into eating hes devil food. I can not believe how society and big phama has hijacked my thinking mechanism and brain function. It really does go to show how effing evil these people are !

It really did happen to me as I kept my mind thinking about food since I’m trying to overcome my addictions. Being in this forum is what keeps me thriving and motivated to not stop on the first steps! You can do this! Keep believing that water fasting is beneficial and you will definitely lose weight the more you keep on thriving.
