So I haven’t started fasting yet but plan to at around 7 this evening because I have a social engagement to go to with my husband, but I am extremely excited and nervous to start. I just want to mend my relationship with food again. I used to have a healthy relationship last year, but this year has been extremely stressful and I coped with food. I’m hoping that by the end of this I’ll have more control over my mind and have a healthier lifestyle. I’m excited to be doing this with a group this time and actually have someone to keep accountability. I wish everyone the best and I’ll log in later when I begin!

You may want to integrate daily meditation into your routine. Being extremely stressed raises your cortisol levels which studies have shown increases weight retention.
