Well today is day 1. I made it all day & didn’t break my fast!!! I was very upset with myself this am, my wgt was 154 lbs. That is my heaviest. So I decided today was the day.

Having a “strong” reason will get you through adversity. Be easy on yourself as the 1st 3 days are the hardest. It gets easier after the transition period.
