Currently feeling slight digestive discomfort due to over eat for the past 3 days
Why am I doing this?
It started from the day I got my new job (2 years ago) Irregular working hours, stress, emptiness had caused me to focus on eating to keep myself occupied. I started to enjoy eating a lot especially highly processed food and sugary junks. My eating habit got worse when I realised I might be developing or had developed binge eating disorder.
I chanced on water fasting 2 weeks ago and tried a 4 days fast. It went well but Reverted to old eating habit during refeed. Hence, I’m doing this again hoping that this time I’ll develop a better eating habits.
Short term goal
To lose 4-5kg by the 7th day of my fast. There’s a wedding to attend and a dress to fit into
Long term goal
To kick away bad eating habits which directly affect my mood and self confidence! so sick of being a sugar addict.
