Overcoming insecurities

Currently feeling slight digestive discomfort due to over eat for the past 3 days

Why am I doing this?
It started from the day I got my new job (2 years ago) Irregular working hours, stress, emptiness had caused me to focus on eating to keep myself occupied. I started to enjoy eating a lot especially highly processed food and sugary junks. My eating habit got worse when I realised I might be developing or had developed binge eating disorder.

I chanced on water fasting 2 weeks ago and tried a 4 days fast. It went well but Reverted to old eating habit during refeed. Hence, I’m doing this again hoping that this time I’ll develop a better eating habits.

Short term goal
To lose 4-5kg by the 7th day of my fast. There’s a wedding to attend and a dress to fit into :joy:

Long term goal
To kick away bad eating habits which directly affect my mood and self confidence! :muscle: so sick of being a sugar addict.

You got this, so now you know that refeed is the hardest part! Fasting is the easy part! Let’s make a game plan and write down a 1 week meal plan for refeed that you have to force yourself to stick to. It’s easier to just say “hard NO” for everyone off-plan. Start doing some refeed research and creating yourself a 1 week plan as soon as now!! You got this.
