Open-ended water fast in progress

just joined the forum. looking to stay in the mental zone. my record was 11 days last summer water-only and that experience taught me the mental component is paramount. then and this time around, after the initial 48-72 hours i am physically feeling amazing. taking electrolyte supplements helps, namely potassium and magnesium and a little pink himalayan salt is all my body needs what an amazing machine. feeling great but i need to keep my mind busy and focused because the biggest obstacle in my experience is always the mental daydreaming and thinking about food and how delicious it will be but my body is just not feeling hungry at all. oh and i love san pellegrino with my pink himalayan salt. i fed last at 23:00 EDT sat. 11 apr. 2020

I’m new here too. Welcome! Are you taking your magnesium by supplement or epsom salts? I’m reading it absorbs much better by salt. Plus I’m finding a nice hot deep soak everyday feels so good after work.

I have pink himalayan salt too but I’m taking it only on a need to basis. I just hate salt in anything but food.
