Intro
Hi I am Priya Vijay, and I have struggled with managing my weight my entire life. Exactly a year before i was at my lowest weight of 50kg at 148 cm but because of unhealthy eating and boredom i have put on so much weight in the last few days. I don’t recognize the old me when i look at myself in the mirror. I am stumbling with a weight of 64-66kg which is obese for my height.
Why
I am doing this because I feel guilty for making myself unhealthy by eating crappy food all theses days. I have realized its time for me to come out of my comfort zone and step up on a new fitness journey.
Long Term and Short Term Goals:
Long term goals for me is to find a way to be consistent with a diet i follow and keep my weight off.
Short term goal right now is to get to 48 kg to 50 kg.
** Game plan?**
I have done OMAD and a few short term water fasts. I am really not a person who is up for an extended fast as i have tried to do it but couldn’t . So i have decided to eat once in every 47 hours and i would be trying to have that one meal a health one. I am planning to follow this atleast for like a month and a half.
I have started my first 47 hour fast today (Sep 18, 2020) @ 4:00 PM EST.
This forum brings a lot of positivity and motivation. I would love to hear any suggestions or ideas from others in this forum. Also it would be great if someone is willing to join this diet plan so we can keep each other motivated to reach our goal.
