The goal is to eat for one hour a day!!! At certain intervals, I will gradually remove processed carbs, sugars, oils, til I’ve arrived to a keto friendly almost Nutritarian lifestyle.
Then I start the next 30 days sticking to the keto/nutritarian lifestyle with some waterfasting in the mix.
Then 30 more days of mixing up my fasting window and sticking to keto/Nutritarian and increasing from 3 water fast days to 5. Etc over the next several months til I am down to a size 10-12 and under 170 lbs!!!
I made it past Day 1 of 23-1 and already feeling slightly better!!!
