ive been struggling with my weight for last few years. my BMI used to be in normal range and within the last 2 years i have gained so much weight and currently i am over weight. well nearly obese. currently i weigh 157.4lbs. my height is 5.3’. actually at the end of this year june i weighed 169lbs. i saw these water fasting and dry fasting videos on youtube and gave dry fast a try upto this day 24 August 2020 i have lost 12 pounds with dry fasting. I started my dry fast aiming for 5 to 7 days but i could carry on for only 3 days. after that i ate normally for 2 days and again did dry fast. so now i’ve done 4 dry fasts of 3 days which is how i was able to lose 12 pounds.
so now i have started a water fast starting today. i am aiming for at least 7 days. i have still 30 pounds to lose since i wanna be in my normal BMI range. my target weight is 125lbs.
i found fast forward youtube videos very helpful and motivational. TBH i used to listen to the videos continuously until i felt asleep to avoid eating during my dry fast.
so i will be updating my updates of water fast daily on this forum …
i really need the help of you all to continue with this
