Where do I post my fasting stickers, and how does it work? Do I just I st remove the stickie when tge day is done?
Last meal an hour ago… I’ll start day 1 tomorrow. Wish me luck:face_with_hand_over_mouth:
I’m starting Monday, will do at least five days, but it would be amazing to make it longer!
