Not much to say but im here for weight loss, i lost 85lbs 5 yrs ago and i allowed myself to gain back 45… I don’t like myself like this…so im here to fast…lose weight, gain support and give support

Ok so im starting after dinner, at work now so will have dinner at 6. I am praying i can make it pass 36 hours i usually can get to 36 and then give in but i am truly tired of being fat and lying to myself that im ok being fat. I am hoping to make it to 5 days and keep going for as long as i can.

If you can lose 85 lbs it’s so easy to fast 4 days more you can do it girl you are so powerful :muscle:t3:

Making it thru a little ruff but im good

I do 36 hour fasts each week. I was at 40 hours today, and thought I could do my grocery shopping before I broke it. I was just walking out the door when my body said “NO!” So, it was a 45 hour fast. My goals is 36 hours, and my max limit is 48. I’m trying to find other people with experience in periodic short fasts.
